CBI Power Team Marks Two Years Injury-Free with Morro Bay Fishing Trip

The CBI Power team recently reached an important milestone, two full years without an OSHA recordable, and celebrated the achievement with a well-deserved fishing trip to Morro Bay. The outing brought together 24 team members for a day focused on fun, camaraderie, and recognition of the commitment to safety that made this milestone possible.

Departing early in the morning, the team enjoyed calm seas, cool weather, and ideal fishing conditions. Spirits were high as lines hit the water, and the friendly competition quickly began. The largest catch of the day measured an impressive 33 inches, earning plenty of bragging rights and applause from the group.

While the fishing was memorable, the trip represented much more than a day on the ocean. It served as a celebration of the team’s dedication to maintaining a safe work environment, where everyone looks out for one another and takes pride in doing things the right way. Reaching two years without an OSHA recordable is a reflection of that shared commitment and a milestone worth recognizing.
